Our journey began with a personal challenge that revealed a significant gap within the LGBTQ community. In 2013, our Founder, Andrea Cozart-Lundin, faced a lack of support within the legal community after losing a position for upholding federal law. This experience ignited a spark, transforming adversity into a catalyst for change and inspiring the creation of Queerly Qualified.

We are committed to bridging this gap by providing specialized training programs, resources, and a supportive community tailored exclusively for LGBTQ+ individuals. Our vision extends beyond mere profit; we see a horizon filled with incredible possibilities, innovation, and community empowerment.
